This Friday, April 28th at 7 pm, TPHS Drama Club will be opening their show Anne of Green Gables: A refreshing, contemporary telling of the classic story by L.M Montgomery. Stern Marilla and her warm-hearted brother Matthew hoped to adopt a boy to work on their farm. But the orphanage sends young, be freckled Anne by mistake, and their lives will never be the same. Her warmth and wit affect everyone around her - even, eventually, the cold Marilla. We follow Anne through her rebellious years, her transformation into a young woman, and her romantic pairing with Gilbert. This comedic play has been charming audiences around the world and we hope you come out to experience it for yourself. Tickets are 5$ for students and 8$ for adults.

Attention all girls interested in trying out for basketball next school year. There will be a meeting on Wednesday, May 3rd right after school in Room 118. Summer workouts, league, and other important information will be given. Please make every effort to attend. If you cannot attend, please see Coach Beary in Room 118. If you are in a spring sport, please stop by and get the information before heading to practice/game. See you May 3rd!

The Environmental Enhancement Commission is in need of volunteers for their annual Spring Clean Up next Saturday, April 29th.  If you would like to get some additional community service hours, this is a great way to do so.  Stop by Room 108 for additional information.

Did you know? The shortage of young people trained in a craft or a trade is particularly evident in the crane, rigging and specialized transport sectors. If you are interested in learning more, you'll want to attend the Career Fair on May 3. See Mrs. Ramsay in Room 108 for more info.
